Job Description:

We are looking for fresher candidates with basic knowledge in welding to join as Trainee Welders. The selected candidates will work under the guidance of senior welders and gain hands-on experience in welding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior welders in daily welding tasks.

• Learn and practice different welding techniques (Arc, MIG, TIG, etc.).

• Help in preparing materials and equipment for welding jobs.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety standards.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior welders.

• Support in fabrication, repair, and assembly tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fresher candidates with basic knowledge of welding.

• ITI (Welder) or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Willingness to learn and work under supervision.

• Physically fit and safety-conscious.

• Good teamwork and discipline.
