Manufacturing Welder

Profile Description (responsibilities/job description): - A Welder cum Fitter is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal parts according to blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions. This role demands precision, technical skill, and safety awareness in operating machinery and welding equipment.

Welding and cutting knowledge. Machinery part fitting knowledge. Preventive maintenance

Reporting to :- Dhiru Bhai

Position reporting into this role:-

Required Skill: -Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG/TIG/ARC). Ability to interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of safety standards in welding and metal fabrication. Physical strength and stamina. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Basic skills: -Measuring and marking skills. Operating cutting tools and grinding machines. Understanding of metals and fabrication processes.

External:- Coordinate with project managers or site engineers during installations. Support fabrication works for specific requirements. Maintain discipline and professional behaviour at sites.

Evaluation Criteria:- Accuracy and neatness of welds and fittings. Timely completion of assigned tasks. Adherence to safety protocols. Minimal rework or rejections. Equipment handling and maintenance.
