Key Responsibilities
Equipment Setup: Calibrate, adjust, and operate TIG welding machines and gas flows according to project specifications.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex engineering drawings, welding symbols, and schematics to fabricate parts accurately.
Precision Welding: Execute intricate, high-quality welds across various positions (e.g., flat, vertical, overhead) on metals of varying thicknesses.
Material Preparation: Clean, cut, and polish metal components to ensure a flawless weld joint.
Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for defects using measuring tools and visual assessments to ensure they meet strict industry standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Trade Certifications: Relevant vocational training, trade qualifications, or specific certifications (such as AWS structural or aerospace standards).

Physical & Motor Skills: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
