Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Super Skills Manpower Solutions and Services. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques on various metal components.

2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to execute welding tasks accurately.

3. Prepare metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, and cleaning before welding.

4. Ensure welds meet quality and dimensional standards as per company specifications.

5. Inspect welded joints for defects, cracks, or imperfections and carry out necessary corrections.

6. Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in proper working condition.

7. Follow workplace safety procedures, use protective equipment, and maintain a safe working environment.

8. Work closely with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet production targets and timelines.

9. Maintain proper documentation related to welding work and materials used.

10. Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping of the welding area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Technical certification in Welding or Fabrication preferred.

• Practical experience in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.

• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and welding safety practices.

• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a factory or heavy engineering environment.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
