Location: Butibori
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metal components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials for welding processes.
Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free welds as per quality standards.
Handle fabrication, grinding, cutting, and finishing activities when required.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws or defects.
Follow safety procedures and maintain welding equipment properly.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely completion of work.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MIG & TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of welding tools, safety standards, and fabrication processes.
Experience in sheet metal or heavy fabrication work preferred.
Basic understanding of quality inspection processes.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field preferred.
