  • Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, ARC, or Gas welding as required

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding

  • Inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, and defects

  • Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely

  • Maintain welding machines and tools in good working condition

  • Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
