About the Company

Sign Media & Fixture India Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing and fabrication of signage, media, fixtures, and related solutions. We are looking for skilled and motivated Welders to join our manufacturing and fabrication team at our Talawade facility.

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication work as per drawings, specifications, and production requirements.

Carry out Argon welding as required for different fabrication activities.

Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.

Prepare, align, and fit metal components before welding.

Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing of fabricated components.

Operate welding machines and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.

Perform grinding, cutting, drilling, and other basic fabrication activities when required.

Inspect finished work for welding defects and ensure required quality standards are maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.

Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within the required timelines.

Properly maintain and handle welding equipment, tools, and consumables.

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

ITI certification in Welder Trade will be preferred.

0–5 years of experience in welding/fabrication.

Fresh ITI candidates with good practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.

Ability to understand basic measurements and technical drawings.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.

Preferred Skills

Argon welding knowledge.

Experience with MS/SS/Aluminium fabrication will be an advantage.

Knowledge of grinding, cutting, drilling, and fitting.

Ability to identify basic welding defects and rectify them.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
