Shri Balaji Agro Engineering Works is hiring Welder / Fabricator Helpers to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity for hardworking and reliable candidates looking for stable employment with good facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fabricators in daily fabrication and welding work

• Support cutting, grinding, fitting, and material handling tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite

• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians

• Help in loading, unloading, and assembling fabricated parts

Requirements

• Basic knowledge or experience in welding/fabrication preferred

• Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment

• Physically fit and able to handle workshop duties

• Discipline and punctuality are essential

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day

• Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company
