We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Samtek Engineering And Gis Solutions Private Limited. A Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication work on machine parts and structures as per engineering drawings and job cards. The role ensures strong, accurate, and defect-free joints using MIG, TIG, or ARC welding methods.
The welder must follow safety rules, maintain quality standards, and complete daily production targets on time. He works closely with fitters, helpers, and supervisors to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
Key focus areas include quality welding, safety compliance, minimum wastage, and timely production output.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
