We are seeking a Skilled Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate must be able to read complex blueprints, maintain a highly safe work environment, and deliver clean, precise welds that meet industrial quality standards. [1, 2, 3]
Core Roles & Responsibilities
Fabrication & Assembly: Position, align, clamp, and tack-weld parts together to prepare for final welding.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to plan layout and execution.
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, or robotic welding equipment.
Material Preparation: Clean, grind, and cut metal surfaces using angle grinders and plasma cutters before welding.
Quality Assurance: Inspect completed welds for defects, warping, distortion, or cracks, ensuring compliance with strict project specifications.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain welding machines, leads, and gas cylinders while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
