Job Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on aluminium parts as per drawings, WPS, and job requirements
Set up TIG welding machines, select correct electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gas
Ensure weld quality, strength, and finish meet company and customer standards
Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working condition
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace standards
Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for job completion
Maintain productivity targets and reduce material wastage
