Job Description

Gas & Mid Welder

Job Role:
We are looking for a skilled Gas Welder to join our team. The candidate should know how to use gas welding equipment safely to join, repair, and cut metal parts.

Responsibilities:

Perform gas welding on metal components and structures
Read and understand basic drawings or instructions
Cut and shape metal using gas cutting tools
Check weld quality and ensure proper finishing
Maintain welding tools and equipment properly
Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment
Work with the production or maintenance team as required

Requirements:

Basic experience in gas welding
Knowledge of welding safety procedures
Ability to handle welding tools confidently
Physically fit and able to work in workshop/site conditions
ITI or welding certification is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail
Teamwork and discipline
Time management
Basic technical understanding
