कार्य का विवरण (Job Responsibilities):MIG (Metal Inert Gas) वेल्डिंग मशीनों का कुशलतापूर्वक संचालन करना।ब्लूप्रिंट, ड्राइंग और स्पेसिफिकेशन के अनुसार स्टील, एल्युमीनियम या अन्य धातुओं को वेल्ड करना।वेल्डिंग से पहले सतहों को साफ करना और मेटल्स को सही ढंग से अलाइन (Align) करना।वेल्डिंग के बाद जॉइंट्स की जांच करना ताकि वे क्वालिटी मानकों (Quality Standards) पर खरे उतरें।वेल्डिंग मशीन की सेटिंग्स (Voltage, Wire feed speed) को आवश्यकतानुसार एडजस्ट करना।ग्राइंडिंग, कटिंग और अन्य टूल का उपयोग करके फिनिशिंग देना।योग्यता और कौशल (Skills & Qualifications):शिक्षा: ITI (Welder Trade) या संबंधित क्षेत्र में डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र।MIG वेल्डिंग और विभिन्न वेल्डिंग तकनीकों का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।वेल्डिंग टूल्स और सुरक्षा उपकरणों (Safety Gear) की अच्छी समझ।टेक्निकल ड्राइंग और माप (Measurements) पढ़ने में सक्षम।शारीरिक रूप से फिट और टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।फायदे (Benefits):प्रतिस्पर्धी वेतन (Competitive Salary)।PF और ESIC की सुविधा (यदि लागू हो)।ओवरटाइम (Overtime) का मौका।सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण।आवेदन कैसे करें:इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अपना बायोडाटा (Resume) [ईमेल आईडी या फोन नंबर] पर भेजें या सीधे हमारे ऑफिस [पता] पर संपर्क करें।
