Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Metallizing Equipment Company Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.

• Weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.

• Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.

• Maintain and repair all machinery.

• Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.

• Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.

• Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.

• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
