मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

प्लांट की मशीनरी, उपकरण, स्ट्रक्चर एवं अन्य सामान की वेल्डिंग, कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग और रिपेयरिंग का कार्य करना।
आवश्यकता के अनुसार ARC, MIG एवं गैस वेल्डिंग का कार्य करना।
मशीन के पार्ट्स, फ्रेम, सपोर्ट, प्लेटफॉर्म, गार्ड, हॉपर, च्यूट, पाइपलाइन एवं अन्य स्ट्रक्चर की फैब्रिकेशन एवं रिपेयरिंग करना।
मशीन में ब्रेकडाउन होने पर तुरंत वेल्डिंग एवं फैब्रिकेशन का कार्य करके मशीन को चालू करवाने में सहयोग करना।
MS, SS एवं अन्य मेटल पर आवश्यकता के अनुसार वेल्डिंग का कार्य करना।
दिए गए ड्रॉइंग, माप एवं आवश्यकता के अनुसार फैब्रिकेशन का कार्य करना।
वेल्डिंग किए गए पार्ट्स की सही अलाइनमेंट, माप, मजबूती एवं फिनिशिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
वेल्डिंग मशीन, केबल, होल्डर, गैस कटिंग उपकरण एवं अन्य टूल्स की उचित देखभाल करना।
वेल्डिंग एवं कटिंग के दौरान सभी सेफ्टी नियमों एवं PPE का पालन करना।
वेल्डिंग एवं फैब्रिकेशन एरिया में साफ-सफाई एवं हाउसकीपिंग बनाए रखना।
मेंटेनेंस एवं प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ मिलकर रिपेयर एवं फैब्रिकेशन का कार्य समय पर पूरा करना।
मशीन का डाउनटाइम कम रखने के लिए आवश्यक रिपेयरिंग एवं वेल्डिंग कार्य समय पर करना।

योग्यता एवं अनुभव

ITI वेल्डर या संबंधित तकनीकी योग्यता को प्राथमिकता।
इंडस्ट्रियल/प्लांट में 2–5 वर्ष का वेल्डिंग एवं फैब्रिकेशन अनुभव।
ARC/MIG वेल्डिंग एवं गैस कटिंग की अच्छी जानकारी।
मशीन मेंटेनेंस एवं इंडस्ट्रियल फैब्रिकेशन का अनुभव अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
बेसिक माप एवं फैब्रिकेशन टूल्स की जानकारी।
मैन्युफैक्चरिंग/प्रोडक्शन प्लांट में काम करने की क्षमता।

आवश्यक गुण

वेल्डिंग एवं फैब्रिकेशन का अच्छा व्यावहारिक ज्ञान।
जिम्मेदारी एवं सेफ्टी के प्रति जागरूकता।
मशीन ब्रेकडाउन के समय तुरंत काम करने की क्षमता।
प्लांट की आवश्यकता के अनुसार शिफ्ट में काम करने की क्षमता।
अनुशासन एवं टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता।
