Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating hospital furniture components with accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other materials used in hospital furniture

• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication designs

• Ensure strong, clean, and precise welds as per specifications

• Operate welding machines and related tools safely

• Inspect finished products for quality and structural integrity

• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols at all times

• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in welding (preferably MIG welding)

• Must be trained and hands-on in MIG welding techniques

• Basic understanding of fabrication drawings

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment

• Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospital furniture or metal fabrication industry

• Knowledge of TIG welding (optional but added advantage)

• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Salary: As per experience + performance incentives
