We are looking for a CO2 Welder to join our team at Manufacturing Company. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹26,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CO₂ welding on metal components and structures.
Read and follow welding instructions and fabrication requirements.
Prepare metal surfaces and components before welding.
Ensure proper weld quality and finish.
Inspect welded joints for visible defects and report issues.
Maintain welding equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with the fabrication and production teams to complete assigned work.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
