हमें अपने प्रोजेक्ट साइट भोजो, सोनारी जिला (असम) के लिए अनुभवी और कुशल Arc Welder की तत्काल आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को MS पाइप और HVAC पाइप की वेल्डिंग में अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए और वह सटीकता के साथ कार्य कर सके।

Key Responsibilities:

• Arc वेल्डिंग (SMAW) तकनीक द्वारा MS और HVAC पाइप की वेल्डिंग करना।

• पाइप्स को ठीक तरीके से जोड़ना और लीक-फ्री वेल्डिंग सुनिश्चित करना।

• वेल्डिंग से संबंधित ड्रॉइंग, ब्लूप्रिंट और लेआउट को पढ़ना और समझना।

• वेल्डिंग की गुणवत्ता की जाँच करना और तय मानकों के अनुसार काम करना।

• साइट पर सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना और उचित PPE (सुरक्षा उपकरण) का उपयोग करना।

• निर्धारित समय में कार्य पूरा करना और टीम के साथ तालमेल बनाना।

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• कम से कम 3 साल का अनुभव MS पाइप और HVAC पाइप की Arc वेल्डिंग में होना चाहिए।

• Pipe वेल्डिंग के पोजिशन (1G से 6G) का ज्ञान हो तो वरीयता दी जाएगी।

• स्वच्छ, मजबूत और टिकाऊ वेल्डिंग करने की क्षमता।

• HVAC या पाइपलाइन प्रोजेक्ट में पहले काम किया हो तो अतिरिक्त लाभ मिलेगा।

• शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम और प्रोजेक्ट साइट के माहौल में कार्य करने में सक्षम।

• SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) तकनीक में प्रवीणता

• गैस कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग और फिटिंग का बेसिक अनुभव

• Blueprint या technical drawing पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता

• ITI Welder या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से Welding का प्रमाणपत्र (वांछनीय)

Desirable Traits:

• HVAC सिस्टम की लाइनिंग, सपोर्टिंग और पाइप रूटिंग में अनुभव

• ऊंचाई पर या संकुचित स्थानों में काम करने की क्षमता

• टीम में काम करने की अच्छी क्षमता और प्रोएक्टिव रवैया

• Safety training या कोई भी welding test पास किया हो (like 3G, 6G)
