Job Description

WELDER & FITTER: Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder & Fitter to support our LABSA production facilities. The role involves welding, fabrication, and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication work on machinery, pipelines, and structural components/tanks.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment/tanks.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

  • Collaborate with operators and chemists to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain tools and work area in good condition.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Welding or equivalent trade certification. (ITI – Welder / Fitter)

  • 2–5 years of industrial welding experience (chemical/ manufacturing preferred).

  • Knowledge of MIG/TIG/ARC welding techniques.

  • Follow safety procedures.
