फैब्रिकेटर कम CO2 वेल्डर जॉब टाइटल: फैब्रिकेटर कम CO2 वेल्डर (शीट मेटल स्पेशलिस्ट) जॉब समरी हम एक स्किल्ड फैब्रिकेटर कम CO2 वेल्डर की तलाश में हैं, जिसे शीट मेटल फैब्रिकेशन में खास अनुभव हो। आइडियल कैंडिडेट को ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने, शीट मेटल बॉक्स के लिए सटीक मेज़रमेंट लेने और कटिंग, ड्रिलिंग और टैपिंग ऑपरेशन करने में इंडिपेंडेंट होना चाहिए। आप शुरू से आखिर तक हाई-क्वालिटी शीट मेटल कंपोनेंट और एनक्लोजर बनाने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होंगे। मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ वेल्डिंग: शीट मेटल के अलग-अलग गेज पर हाई-क्वालिटी CO2 (MIG/MAG) वेल्डिंग करें। निर्माण: तकनीकी चित्रों के अनुसार शीट मेटल भागों को स्वतंत्र रूप से काटें, मोड़ें और जोड़ें। माप: शीट मेटल बॉक्स, पैनल और संलग्नक बनाने के लिए सटीक माप लें। मशीनिंग ऑपरेशन: सटीक छेद और धागे बनाने के लिए ड्रिलिंग और टैपिंग मशीनों को सुरक्षित रूप से संचालित करें। शीट कटिंग: शीट मेटल को सटीक आयामों में काटने के लिए कतरनी मशीनों, हाथ के उपकरण या प्लाज्मा कटर का उपयोग करें। परिष्करण: एक चिकनी, पेशेवर फिनिश सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वेल्डेड जोड़ों को पीसना, डेबर करना और साफ करना। गुणवत्ता की जांच: आयामी सटीकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ब्लूप्रिंट के खिलाफ तैयार उत्पादों का निरीक्षण करें। आवश्यक कौशल और अनुभव अनुभव: शीट मेटल फैब्रिकेशन और CO2 वेल्डिंग में कम से कम 2-5 साल का ज्ञान: शीट मेटल प्रॉपर्टीज़ (GI, MS, SS) और थिकनेस गेज की गहरी समझ।
