Welder

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals as per job specifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents

• Set up welding machines based on the job requirements

• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• Assist with assembly and fitting of components when required

• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG welder (minimum 1–3 years preferred)

• Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols

• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a workshop environment

• Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, Stick, etc. is a plus)

• ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field preferred

• Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
