Job Title: MIG / TIG Welder

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join the Hero Cycles manufacturing plant in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on welding experience, knowledge of welding techniques, and the ability to maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding operations as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret welding drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure weld quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect finished welds and rectify defects when required.
• Operate welding equipment and maintain tools properly.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow company safety guidelines and factory regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI Welder or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Freshers with strong practical welding skills may also apply.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of welding safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits

• MIG Welder: ₹24,000 Take-Home Salary per Month
• TIG Welder: ₹26,000 Take-Home Salary per Month
