Manufacturing Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Envifab Equipments. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG (Argon) welding on SS304, SS316, SS316L and other stainless steel components.

Fabricate and weld stainless steel tanks, vessels, piping, process equipment and skids as per engineering drawings.

Execute precision welding for pharmaceutical and chemical process equipment.

Read and understand fabrication drawings, weld symbols, dimensions and welding instructions.

Maintain proper weld quality, bead appearance, penetration and alignment.

Perform welding on thin-gauge stainless steel sheets, pipes, fittings and flanges.

Ensure leak-proof welding for tanks, vessels and process piping.

Maintain proper cleanliness and prevent contamination during stainless steel fabrication.

Follow approved welding procedures and maintain required weld finish, including pickling, passivation and polishing coordination.

Inspect weld joints for visible defects and rectify welding defects as required.

Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain welding equipment, tools and consumables.

Coordinate with fitters, fabricators and supervisors to complete jobs within the planned schedule.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
