We’re looking for a multi-skilled field champion who can weld strong structures and handle solar installation work like a boss. If sparks + solar panels are your comfort zone, welcome to the team.

Job Responsibilities

Welding work for solar mounting structures, MS frames, sheets
Rooftop solar installation (Residential & Commercial)
Panel mounting, structure fixing, and basic alignment
Support in on-grid / off-grid solar plant installation
Assist team with site execution and material handling
Follow safety standards and site protocols (non-negotiable)

Requirements

1–3 years experience in welding and/or solar installation
Knowledge of ARC / MIG welding
Basic understanding of solar panels & mounting systems
Comfortable with height work and rooftop sites
Team player with a get-things-done mindset
