Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TIG Welder with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding, arc welding, and drilling operations. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various metal components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals as per specifications

Carry out arc welding tasks when required

Operate drilling machines and perform precision drilling activities

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

Ensure weld quality meets industry and company standards

Conduct inspection of welded parts and rectify defects if necessary

Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in TIG welding and arc welding

Basic knowledge of drilling and fabrication processes

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE usage

ITI/Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience working in R&D or lab-based fabrication environments

Ability to handle multiple fabrication tasks independently

Familiarity with different welding techniques and materials

Work Environment

Workshop/Lab-based role

May require handling heavy materials and standing for long hours
