Welder

We are looking for a Welder / Grinder man to join our team D3S Engineering and Projects Pvt Ltd. The role involves welding and grinding of material. and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 12,000/- to Rs 18,000/- and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding material under production

• Grinding parts as per drawing as to make them weldable

• Perform task as per drawing and instructions from supervisor

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for work improvements

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass and 2 years + in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
