Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team Countryman Manufacturing Pvt ltd. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 To 30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.

  2. Select and use the correct welding method for the job.

  3. Prepare and set up metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, and cleaning.

  4. Perform welding and fabrication of components, frames, and structures as per design.

  5. Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and strength.

  6. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in proper condition.

  7. Adhere to all company safety rules and wear required PPE.

  8. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other workers in the production process.

  9. Report defects, material shortages, and equipment issues to the supervisor.

  10. Maintain work records, daily logs, and documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and 2 to 4 in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
