Job Description

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Bluestaff's India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/TIG/ARC/Gas welding as per production requirements.
Read engineering drawings and fabricate components accordingly.
Assemble and weld truck body and chassis parts.
Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength.
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
Repair welding defects and maintain production quality.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
