Welder

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Welder with hands-on experience in Aluminium and Stainless Steel (SS) welding. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work as per drawings and specifications while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Aluminium and SS welding using TIG / MIG welding techniques.

• Read and understand technical drawings, welding symbols, and job instructions.

• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning before welding.

• Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free weld joints.

• Inspect welded components for quality, alignment, and accuracy.

• Carry out minor repairs and re-welding if required.

• Maintain welding machines, tools, and consumables properly.

• Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company SOPs at all times.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in Aluminium and SS (Stainless Steel) welding is mandatory.

• Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.

• Ability to work with thin and thick materials.

• Understanding of welding quality standards.

• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication work.

• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
