Job Responsibilities of a Braze Welder

Braze welder will be responsible for various tasks, including:ThermoFusion Inc.

1. Equipment Setup and Operation: Setting up and operating brazing machines or torches to join metal components.

2. Material Preparation: Cleaning and assembling parts, applying flux, and ensuring proper alignment for brazing.

3. Process Monitoring: Controlling temperature and timing to achieve optimal brazing results.

4. Quality Assurance: Inspecting joints for strength and integrity, and performing leak tests when necessary.

5. Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance on brazing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
   
   Eligibility Criteria:

7. Technical Training: Completion of vocational training or certification programs in welding or brazing techniques.

8. Experience: Hands-on experience through apprenticeships or on-the-job training is highly valued.

9. Physical Requirements: Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in various positions.

10. Knowledge Base: Understanding of metallurgy, blueprint reading, and safety standards related to brazing.

Salary- 18000-25000/- Per month in hand
