Avyaansh Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced Solar Welder to join our team in Nagpur.
The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabrication work related to solar structure installations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in galvanized welding for solar mounting structures and should be able to maintain quality and safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform galvanized welding for solar module mounting structures.
Fabrication and welding of solar support structures as per project drawings.
Ensure strong, accurate, and durable welds for outdoor solar installations.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage.
Follow safety guidelines and industry standards during welding operations.
Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
Inspect welded joints to ensure structural strength and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in solar structure welding.
Hands-on experience in galvanized welding for solar mounting structures.
Ability to read basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipment handling.
Ability to work at solar project sites and meet project deadlines.

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and technical knowledge).
