Welder

Job Title: Argon Welder (TIG)
Department: Production / Fabrication
Location: Workshop / Factory
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with training can also apply)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Argon Welder ( Welder) who can perform high-quality welding on metal components using the argon welding process. The candidate should ensure strong, neat, and accurate welds as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform argon (TIG) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel

• Read and understand drawings, measurements, and welding specifications

• Ensure proper joint preparation before welding

• Maintain welding quality, strength, and finish

• Operate welding machines and related tools safely

• Inspect welded joints for defects and rework if required

• Follow safety guidelines and workshop standards

• Maintain welding equipment and report any issues

Required Skills

• Good hands-on experience in Argon welding

• Knowledge of different metals and welding techniques

• Ability to work independently and meet production targets

• Understanding of basic safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Welding certification preferred

• Experience in fabrication, automotive, or industrial work is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
