Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize VMC CNC programs using Manual Programming or CAM software.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.

  • Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

  • Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.

  • Optimize cycle time and improve productivity.

  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

  • Set work offsets (G54–G59), tool offsets, and tool length corrections.

  • Support production to achieve quality and delivery targets.

  • Ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards.

  • Maintain CNC program backups and process documentation.
