VMC Machine operator

• Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.

• Load components, run programs, and monitor machining operations.

• Perform tool changes and minor offset adjustments when needed.

• inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.).

• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.

• Record daily production reports and maintain machine logs.

• Identify basic machining issues and inform the supervisor for corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to safety rules and maintain 5S practices around the machine.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
