Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating VMCs in precision manufacturing.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.Strong understanding of G-code and M-code; ability to perform basic program edits.Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Solid understanding of different materials and their machining properties.Proven problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a technical degree is highly preferred.
