🔹 1. CNC VMC & HMC Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC VMC (Vertical) & HMC (Horizontal) machines as per job requirements.

• Read and interpret technical drawings & blueprints.

• Set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials on machines.

• Make tool offset adjustments and minor program edits if needed.

• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments.

• Maintain machine records and follow safety standards.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production.

• Experience in CNC machining (Fanuc / Siemens controls preferred).

• Knowledge of measuring instruments & quality inspection.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

🔹 2. Fitter Turner

Responsibilities:

• Perform turning, fitting, and assembly of machine parts.

• Operate lathe machines for shafts, bushes, and precision components.

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems & machines.

• Ensure correct alignment and finishing of parts.

• Inspect components with gauges, micrometers, and calipers.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Fitter / Turner trade.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting & turning operations.

• Ability to read drawings and work with precision.

🔹 3. Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe, milling, drilling, shaping, and grinding machines.

• Perform machining operations to produce precision parts.

• Set up tools, select machining parameters, and ensure accuracy.

• Inspect machined parts with measuring instruments.

• Maintain machines and follow 5S & safety practices.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Machinist trade.

• Hands-on experience in machine shop operations.

• Knowledge of tools, feeds, and machining practices.
