.. Job Summary:*
We are looking for a skilled VMC And HMC Operator to operate and maintain our Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce high-quality machined parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hmc machining, setup, and operation of VMC machines.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Operate VMC machines to perform milling, drilling, and other machining operations as per job requirements.
2. Set up and prepare VMC and HMC machines for production, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets.
3. Load and unload parts, monitor machine operations, and make adjustments as needed.
4. Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
5. Perform routine maintenance on VMC And HMC achines, including cleaning, lubrication, and checking for wear and tear.
