Manufacturing VMC Machine operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer with Operator to join our team at Mark Maker Engg Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating VMC (Vertical Machining Center), specifically on Mitsubishi controllers using Mastercam software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in VMC operation to ensure precision and quality in machining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming: Create, modify, and optimize VMC programs using Mastercam software for efficient machining operations.

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and manage VMC (Machine: VL850) with Mitsubishi controllers, ensuring smooth and precise operation.

• Tool Setup & Calibration: Select appropriate tools, set up tooling, and perform calibration to achieve desired accuracy and precision.

• Quality Control: Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any programming or operational issues that may arise during machining.

• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on the VMC machine to ensure its proper functioning and longevity.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machining programs, tool usage, and maintenance activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production processes and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in VMC programming and operation using Mitsubishi controllers.

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Mastercam for programming.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.

• Education: Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or CNC Programming is preferred.

• Skills: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

• Machine Type: VL850 with Mitsubishi Controller.
