Machine Setup & Operation: Loading raw materials, selecting tools, and setting up VMC machines according to blueprints and job orders.
Production Monitoring: Running programs and monitoring VMC machines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished components using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to meet strict tolerances.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting tool offsets.
Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering strictly to safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience as a VMC operator, CNC operator, or in a manufacturing environment.
