Basic manpower handling and planning

Documentation skills (daily production reports, inspection reports)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up jobs on VMC machines

Modify VMC programs when required

Plan and execute daily production work

Manage shift-wise work and operators

Handle manpower on the shop floor

Perform job inspection and prepare First Article Report (FAR)

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of machining processes

Understanding of quality inspection

Ability to manage tasks and meet production targets

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ideal Candidate:

Mechanical diploma or engineering background

1-2 years of experience in machining or VMC department

Willingness to learn and work in shifts
