Job Title: VMC Operator
Industry: Injection Moulding Manufacturing
Experience: 1–4Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift (10 Hours)

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines as per production requirements.
• Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset corrections.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining process sheets.
• Load and unload workpieces and monitor machining operations.
• Inspect machined components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality as per specifications.
• Perform tool changes and maintain machine cleanliness.
• Follow production schedules, 5S, and safety standards.
• Report machine issues and coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
Requirements:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a related field. Fresher Can also Apply.
• 1–5 years of experience as a VMC Operator in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and VMC machine operations.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine offsets is an added advantage.
Willing to work in a 10-hour rotational shift•.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
