VMC Machine operator

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and set up VMC machines for development and production activities.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

· Perform programming edits on the machine (Fanuc / Siemens / relevant controller).

· Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure machining accuracy.

· Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

· Maintain records of production, machine performance, and quality checks.

· Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the machine and work area.

· Collaborate with the design and development team for prototype machining.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of VMC machine operations and CNC programming basics.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges.

· Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

· Willingness to work in development/prototype environment.
