Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of operating CNC/VMC machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring precision in machining components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor VMC machines as per job specifications.

• Load and unload components on the machine.

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.

• Perform tool setting and offset adjustments.

• Ensure the machined parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

• Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

• Follow all safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating VMC machines.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

• Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
