Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of operating CNC/VMC machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring precision in machining components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor VMC machines as per job specifications.

Load and unload components on the machine.

Understand and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.

Perform tool setting and offset adjustments.

Ensure the machined parts meet quality standards and tolerances.

Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Follow all safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating VMC machines.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.
