Job Description

We are looking for a VMC Programmer/Setter to join our team GMG Technotrades Private Limited. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify CNC programs (G&M code) for VMC machines.
Set up machine, fixtures, tools, and work offsets (G54-G59).
Optimize cycle time and improve productivity.
Select cutting tools and control tool life.
Achieve daily production target.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Maintain setup sheets, production reports, and program backups.

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI

Industry Preference: Manufacturing
