Job Description

Job Title: VMC Operator

Department: Production / Machin Shop / Tool Room
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Bhosari, Pune

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and handle VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine
• Load and unload components safely
• Perform tool setting and offset setting
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Do basic inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge
• Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S standards
• Follow production targets and quality standards
• Report machine issues to supervisor

Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations
• Understanding of G-code / M-code (basic level)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of measuring instruments
• Basic troubleshooting skills
