Join our team as a VMC MACHINE OPERATOR & play a crucial role in [CNC machining of checking fixture’s parts with the company's CNC accuracy standards.

Program Development: Create, edit, and test CNC programs using G-code and CAM software to produce parts to exact specifications.
Machine Setup: Set up VMC machines for production runs, including tooling, fixtures, and other required setup elements.

Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of machined parts using precision measuring tools and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve programming and machine-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with production and engineering teams to enhance machine efficiency, reduce cycle times, and optimize the machining process.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
