Role: VMC Operator
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Experience: 2–5 years in operating VMC machines in a precision manufacturing setup (preferably pumps or engineering equipment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Vertical Machining Center (VMC) as per engineering drawings.

• Ensure product quality by inspecting parts using measuring tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Dial Gauges.

• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and efficiency.

• Follow safety protocols and production timelines.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls preferred.

·        Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings and tolerances.

·        Comfortable to work in any shifts (Day, Night)

• Experience in manufacturing components for pumps or engineering equipment will be an advantage.
