Job Description

Operated VMC machines for precision machining of components as per engineering drawings.
Loaded and unloaded raw materials and finished parts safely.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to production requirements.
Monitored machine operations and adjusted offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Inspected machined components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
Read and interpreted engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
Performed tool changes and basic machine maintenance activities.
Ensured adherence to quality standards and production targets.
Maintained daily production records and machine operation logs.
Followed 5S, safety procedures, and company quality policies.
Identified and reported machine abnormalities and quality issues to supervisors.
Reduced material wastage and ensured optimum machine utilization.
