Full Time
Set and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
Perform tool setting, offset setting, and tool changes.
Set workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools accurately.
Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Make necessary offset corrections during production.
Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.
Maintain machine, tools, and workplace cleanliness.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 2–5 years in VMC Setting
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of VMC machine operations and setting
Knowledge of Fanuc / Mitsubishi controls preferred
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters
