Job Description

Cut wires as per the required length and production specifications.

Operate the VDM wire cutting machine safely and efficiently.

Check wire length, quality, and cutting accuracy before sending to the next process.

Load wire coils and ensure proper machine setup.

Monitor the machine during operation and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.

Maintain the required production target and minimise material wastage.

Segregate and identify defective or damaged wires.

Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Keep the work area clean and organised (5S).

Record production output and report daily work status to the supervisor.

Wear the required PPE and follow all company safety guidelines.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
